Hi! I’m xerialws, a 16 y/o from the Netherlands. I’ve been involved in staffing for 1.5 years and management for around 6 months, during which I’ve developed strong skills in moderation and management.

I've worked on smaller servers in roles ranging from Helper to Adming and gained valuable experience in moderation, management, and community support. While most of these servers have since closed, the lessons I learned were meaningful and helped me grow as a staff member.

My desired role varies from server to server. I’m looking for positions where I can grow my experience and contribute effectively.

I specialise in guiding others. I help them feel confident in their role and supporting them in reaching their full potential. I know how to keep things running smoothly, handle problems as they come, and make sure everyone on the team feels heard and supported.I really enjoy building and managing a staff team, which is why staff management is what I enjoy doing the most, but I'm able to offer these skills as a staff member too.I’m easy to talk to, I listen, and I try to understand people in a calm and respectful way. I’m always open to learning and improving, and people can count on me to do things consistently and unbiased.
